We are proud to offer shipping with Australia post which covers upto 90% of Australian and NZ address with Standard and Express shipping*. Normally takes 2-8 business day to deliver.[ *Currently offering in Australia only]

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS of shipping details and tracking ID.
PICKUP
Pick up is available, just pay for your products and pickup from our nearby store at free of cost. Currently our pickup store is available in Homebush only. Once your order is ready to pick-up you will get a confirmation mail regarding pick-up timings. (Store Address: A10, 161 Arthur st, Homebush west,2140).
Pickup Timings: 2 PM-3 PM (Monday-Friday)
Please note: Order placed before 10 AEST will be only ready to pick-up for same day.
Please Note - Our couriers are normally very reliable, but sometimes, delays do happen. Once the couriers have picked up the order, it’s out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. In that case please check you tracking ID to see the latest updates. Reasons for delays may be-
1. Long public holiday.
2. Any Natural/climatic disaster in your area.
3. Public lockdown in your area.
4. In some part of Australia (specially WA & TAS) Bio security departments may inspect your shipments and also may hold for quarantine as per their covid protocol which can cause delay in delivery. In that case they may charge inspection or quarantine fee also.( As Dry Flowers Traders is charging for products shippings only, we have nothing related to any other charges charged by any Govt officials or departments).
